The app shows the information offered by the meteorological station of the Calar Alto Observatory in Almería (southern Spain). In addition, you can access the photos and timelapses that the outdoor cameras provide of the environment (especially interesting are the timelapses of the sky cameras during clear nights) and the graphs that show the trends of the meteorology sensors. The station is located in the Calar Alto Observatory at an altitude of 2168m, and at a distance in a straight line from the capital Almería (and, therefore, from the sea) of about 50 km. Its geographical situation is very interesting when it comes to knowing the prevailing weather conditions in the place.
